the location was convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shared baths were very relaxing. the room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was genuinely fantastic. I loved the happy hour sessions that offered me complimentary cocktails. the hotel also offers coin laundry and pillow amenity selection, which I found very convenient.
the view from my room was not as scenic as I had hoped for.

I had such a great stay! The hotel's facilities are really excellent, from the awesome onsen to the happy hour evening. I was able to pick my own amenities and pillow - how cool is that? The breakfast was amazing too, definitely the nicest one I've had in a hotel. Staff was really friendly, and cleanliness was perfect.

The room was really spacious and clean, and the breakfast was amazing! It was definitely the best breakfast I've had in any hotel. the onsen was a great feature, and it was wonderful to be able to relax in there after a long day exploring the city. I also loved that they had a happy hour session every evening, which was a nice way to meet other guests.
The bathroom and floor space were a bit on the small side, but it was still okay for what we needed. We just had to pile our suitcases onto the couch area.

Beautiful breakfast, quite delicious and satisfying. Nice Onsen available for guests and a fun evening happy hour. Access to laundry services for both genders and the freedom to choose amenities and pillows.
The small bathroom and limited space in the room, making it difficult to maneuver around without bumping into things. Although located in a nice area, it was still quite far from central spots.
